Things to remember
(1) Referral letter from your general practitioner
Preferably accompany with pathology / blood result
(2) Updated medication list
Preferably from your regular doctor or your pharmacist / chemist
(3) Any new or old radiological films +/- reports
X-ray, ultrasound scan, CT scan and etc
(4) Do not empty bladder just before attending appointment
Urine test is usually required
